MOREAYES

Definitions.

1) 'Company' refers to "MOREAYES" an indepentent subsidiary of "Moray's Models".

2) 'Customer' refers to the person who purchases or agrees to purchase items from the 'Company' in accepting these 'Terms' and completing order details required for purchase from this 'Company' website or other ordering media acceptable. 

General.

1) Completed orders shall be deemed as request of purchase from any 'Customer' persuant of acceptance of these 'Terms and conditions'.

2) A contract of purchase shall become existent between the 'Company' and the 'Customer' upon the 'Company's' acceptance of completed order of any 'Customer' in accord with these 'Terms and conditions'.

3) These 'Terms and conditions' shall not be altered, modified or varied unless expressly agreed to in writing by the 'Company'.

4) The 'Company' reserves the right to amend 'Prices', 'Delivery Choices' and any other charges at anytime, giving notice of any amendments to the 'Customer' before order completion and despatch if such notice is not already notified in this website, by email or otherwise.

5) The 'Company' will repair, replace or compensate in full as negotiated with 'Customer' as specified in 'Returns' section below.

Prices.

1) Subject to availability at the time of order. "Forward Orders" as priced BEFORE release date as listed.

2) As indicated including and excluding GB and Euro vat at current rates.

3) Shipping and handling charges are added according to 'Customer' 'Delivery Choices' [see below].

4) Full payment of orders including 'Delivery Choices', vat if applicable and surcharges as payment method specified, must be cleared with the 'Company' prior to despatch of goods ordered. 

Delivery Choices.

1) 'UK Standard'. Royal Mail 2nd class service, up to 1 kilo gross weight, and Royal Mail first class service from 1 kilo up to 2 kilos gross weight compensates ONLY £41.00 maximum for any claim. Heavier package and optional insurance charges available upon request.

2) 'UK Insured'. Royal Mail "Special Delivery" usually next day delivery, under 2 kilos gross weight, compensates up to £500.00 for any claim. Heavier package and insurance charges available upon request.

3) 'Airmail Europe and Rest of the World' charges are for one package up to 1 kilo gross weight. Heavier package charges available upon request..

4) 'Airmail Insured' International 'signed for' service. Charges for one package up to 1 kilo gross weight. Heavier package charges available upon request, dependent upon gross weight and maximum value. Compensates up to £500.00 for any claim. Subject to availability for Country of destination. Total cost notified before transaction completion. Heavier package charges available upon request.

Returns.

Full item price refund for returns within 7 working days of receipt. Return shipping costs at senders' expense.
